Everyone has probably made cucumber salad at some point. It's easy to do with these little bags from the supermarket. Cucumber salad with natural yoghurt
To conjure up this delicious cucumber salad you need:
- two cucumbers
- the juice of half a lemon
- finely chopped dill
- two cups plain yoghurt
- S alt and Pepper
- Sugar as required
➛ Step 1: Cut and drain cucumber
Cut the cucumbers into thin slices and place in a colander. Add a pinch of s alt, mix the mixture and let the contents stand for about 15 to 20 minutes. This removes the water from the cucumber.
➛ Step 2: Prepare the dressing
Now it's time for the dressing. Finely chop the dill and garlic. Put the plain yoghurt in a bowl and add the garlic and dill.
➛ Step 3: Add the cucumber to the dressing
Before you put the cucumbers in the yoghurt, you should squeeze out the slices properly. Then you can season the whole thing with s alt, fresh pepper and a little sugar.
