Smoothies are the perfect meal for anyone who wants to eat he althy. Ginger smoothies are particularly tasty and he althy.

As great as the smoothies may taste, they are always a bit expensive. But you don't always have to buy them. You can easily prepare delicious smoothies with ginger at home with just a few ingredients and according to your taste.
Recipe 1 - Ginger Smoothie with Mango

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small mango
- approx. 20 g grated ginger
- 1/4 l orange juice
- 200 g plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Preparation:
Core the mango and cut the flesh into large cubes. Then add to a blender along with the peeled ginger and puree. Gradually add orange juice, yoghurt, honey and lime juice and continue blending until the smoothie has a consistency that is not too thick but slightly creamy. Season to taste and serve with ice cubes.
Recipe 2 - Ginger Smoothie with Carrots

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- approx. 20 g freshly grated ginger
- 2 - 3 bananas
- 1/4 l carrot juice
- 1 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 100 g plain yoghurt
- approx. 2 tablespoons crushed ice
Preparation:
Cut the bananas into large pieces and put them in a blender with all the ingredients except for the lemon juice or puree them with a hand blender. Finally add the lemon juice and taste.
Recipe 3 - Ginger Kiwi Smoothie:

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small mango
- 20 g grated ginger
- 2 - 3 kiwis
- 4 oranges or 1/4 liter orange juice
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 - 2 tbsp honey
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
Preparation:
Peel the mango and kiwis and cut into small pieces. Squeeze the oranges if you don't use orange juice. Put all the ingredients, including the ice cubes, in a blender, puree thoroughly and taste when everything is well mixed and no large chunks are visible.
