❖ Recipe 1 - Paprika Quark
Ingredients:
- 1 small red pepper
- 200 grams Quark, lean
- 1 pinch of hot paprika powder
- S alt to taste
Preparation:
First wash the peppers and remove the seeds and the inner membrane. Then cut into very small pieces. Then mix the quark with the paprika powder and add some s alt. Now just add the pepper pieces and mix everything together very thoroughly.
❖ Recipe 2 - Pepper Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients:
- 3 pickled tomato peppers
- 1 pickled pepperoni
- 3 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 50 grams of herder cheese
- 300 grams cream cheese
- s alt and pepper, to taste
- Chili powder, to taste
Preparation:
Drain the pickled peppers and roughly dice. Then cut off the stalks of the pepperoni. Then deseed the peppers and cut into strips. Then crumble the herder's cheese and puree together with the natural yoghurt, paprika and chili peppers. Then mix the whole thing with the cream cheese and season with s alt, pepper and chilli powder.

Ingredients:
- 120grams of red peppers
- 50 grams of cleaned carrots
- 25 grams of finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ground hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon frozen dill
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- S alt, to taste
- Thyme, to taste
Preparation:
Cut the vegetables, heat the oil in a saucepan and then sauté the vegetables in it. Then cover and simmer until soft, about 10 to 15 minutes. Then let everything cool down, add the herbs and the ground hazelnuts and then puree the mixture. Then just add a little s alt and, if desired, thyme to taste and the spread is ready.
