That way you don't have to worry about storage, because it would be a shame if you had to throw away large quantities of tomatoes. But that's not necessary, because there are numerous ways to preserve tomatoes for up to a year.

4 Ways to Store Longer

Option 1: Dry tomatoes

Dried tomatoes are an absolute delicacy. They are used very often in Mediterranean cuisine. You can use it to refine salads and sauces, for example. If you want to dry tomatoes, you need a little patience.

❶ First, cut the tomatoes in half and remove the stem and core.

❷ Then place the tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
