- 1 kg kiwis
- 500 gr preserving sugar 2:1
Preparation:
First you need to peel and chop the kiwis. Then place in a saucepan with the jam sugar. If the kiwis are a bit sour, just leave them with the sugar for a few hours. Then puree the mixture, bring to the boil and then continue to boil for about 4 minutes. If the gelling test succeeds, then put it in jam jars.
