❖ Tip 1 - Use folding furniture or furniture with storage space:
If you do more than just sit on your balcony, but also want to hang up laundry, for example, then it is best to use a folding table and folding chairs. You can then move the furniture to the side and use the space for the drying rack.
If you only use the balcony to relax and don't want to put things away all the time, then it's best to opt for storage boxes as seating. Simply pack a cushion or a pad on top and you're killing two birds with one stone. You have created seating and plenty of storage space. Of course, the box must also be weatherproof.
