But you don't always have to set up the flowers as drying bouquets. The dried flowers can also be used to conjure up other great decorations. All you have to do is dry the flowers properly.
How to properly dry flowers
❶ If you want to dry flowers, you need to harvest them in time. It's best when the blossoms are still fresh. This also applies to bouquets of flowers. They must not begin to wither already. You can dry pretty much any flower, by the way.
❷ So that the flowers do not lose their shape, i.e. the petals do not hang but stand up correctly, flowers are always dried with the blossoms facing down. So tie them together by the stems in a bouquet, then hang them upside down in a warm, sunny spot. However, this must be protected from rain and wind. However, the flowers also dry very well in a warm and dark room indoors.
❸ It will then take some time to dry. However, the result is impressive. You can always recognize the dried flowers by the fact that they rustle softly when you remove them. However, you have to be very careful here, because the dried flowers can easily break.
❹ You can then preserve the dried bouquet with a little hairspray. As a rule, however, the flowers should last and bring the flowery summer into the house for a few months, if not years.

You can conjure up beautiful decorations from dried flowers. You can have a classicSet up a dried bouquet or decorate it with decorative elements. Pearl necklaces or fabric butterflies, for example, look beautiful. This gives the whole thing a romantic vintage look.
