Begonias need regular watering during the flowering period. The soil should always be slightly moist. The plants do not like waterlogging at all. Drainage is therefore useful in the box or bucket. A nutrient-rich but light soil helps in the bed. If you have heavy soil, work in coarse sand to help the begonias feel comfortable. Also, water more often when it's hot. A shower with a spray bottle is useful for the leaves.
Once a week you should add liquid fertilizer to the irrigation water so that the plants are supplied with all the nutrients. The begonia does not need much more care. All you have to do is clip off the faded parts and discolored leaves every now and then.
