  • 20 g skinless almonds
  • 20 g halves of walnut kernels
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 15 g parmesan cheese
  • 75 ml olive oil

Preparation:

Clean the lamb's lettuce and wash it very thoroughly. Then briefly roast the almonds and walnuts in a pan without fat. Meanwhile, peel the garlic. Then puree the lamb's lettuce, garlic, nuts, almonds, parmesan and olive oil and season with s alt and pepper.
