Smoothies are on everyone's lips at the moment because they are a good alternative to eating fruit. For everyone who loves peaches, for example, here is a delicious peach smoothie recipe.
What's so special about smoothies? Very simple: thanks to them you can treat yourself to a he althy snack in between without having to chop fruit. The trade in juicers has therefore been experiencing a huge boom for some time, as many delicious juices and smoothies can be prepared with them. And that in turn has another advantage: After all, homemade smoothies are much cheaper than the ready-made ones from the supermarket and of course also much fresher and therefore particularly rich in vitamins.

Peach smoothie sweet or sour
You can prepare the following smoothie sweet or slightly sour according to taste. If you don't want to make the smoothie too sweet, simply use orange soda instead of orange juice.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 peach
- 1/4 tart apple (e.g. Braeburn)
- 30 g raspberries
- 50 ml ice-cold orangeade (or freshly squeezed orange juice)
- 1 tbsp ground hazelnuts
- 1 tsp hazelnut brittle
- cracked ice cream
Preparation:
➤ Step 1:
First, halve and stone the fresh peach. Then wash the peach halves and dry them carefully. Then cut the pulp into small pieces and put it in a blender.
➤ Step 2:
Remove the core from the apple quarters, then peel and grate finely before adding to the blender with the peach. Then wash the raspberries under running water, pat dry and add to the blender. Finally, add the ground hazelnuts and orange juice (or lemonade) to the blender. Then mix everything well.
➤ Step 3:
To get a cool smoothie, add two to three tablespoons of crushed ice. The blender shortlet it run again, pour everything into a glass and sprinkle with the brittle.
Variation for a creamy peach smoothie
If you don't necessarily want to drink the smoothie as part of a figure-conscious diet, but rather serve it to your guests as a culinary highlight, you can refine it a bit. Simply add some more to the smoothie recipe above
