You can use an aluminum tray or foil for this. Due to the heat, the pores on the meat close very quickly and it can retain all the important nutrients. Therefore, the type of grilling is actually very he althy. You have to use the right meat though. S alt meat, for example, is quite unsuitable.
Always pickle meat
Chicken breast, spare ribs or chops are very he althy. When grilling, however, it is also important that the meat is not treated directly with spices on the grill, but that it is marinated beforehand. Fish, vegetables and cheese are also very he althy when grilled.
