Recipe for grilled tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 500 g medium-sized tomatoes (ripe but firm)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- black pepper

Preparation:
❍ Step 1: Wash and cut tomatoes
First wash the tomatoes and pat dry with kitchen paper. For slightly smaller tomatoes, halving them will suffice. Larger specimens should be quartered. Then the green stalks should be removed with a knife.

Now you can also wash the basil and parsley thoroughly and chop them up. Then mix both herbs together. Now also finely chop the garlic cloves.
