Video: Make plant signs from beverage cans/aluminium sheet yourself - creative garden decoration in industrial style

Last summer I showed you a video where plant signs were made out of stones. I thought they were very cute, especially because children could also help diligently with the work. Perhaps one or the other copied them?

If not, you will find a slightly different idea here today. Susanne from DekoideenReich was once again particularly creative and conjured up plant signs from old beverage cans. If you don't feel like cutting up beverage cans, you can also use ready-made aluminum sheet from the hardware store or here from Amazon. The special thing about these signs is not only the upcycling possibility, but rather the type of lettering. Because the letters were hammered into the thin sheet metal with punches. I really like this industrial style. Mainly because it is also completely weatherproof.

» Tip: Engraved letters are used in the video because they are tapered at the front and can therefore be placed better. According to the item description, you only have a font height of 3 mm. If you prefer something bigger, you can also use the Mannesmann punched letters. These have a height of 8 mm and are also pointed at the front.

By the way, these letters are not only used in the creative world, but also in workshops & Co.
