Meat on the grill is boring. How about celery? The vegetables are quickly prepared for the evening barbecue and simply taste delicious.

Grilled celery - little effort for a lot of enjoyment
Celeriac is ideal for a barbecue evening and is quickly prepared. For Grilled Celery you will need:
- 1 bulb of celery
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Oil for brushing
- Spices of your choice
- Standard Seasoning S alt and Pepper
- optional 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation:
1 First, peel the celery and cut it into slices about 1 cm thick. Bring some s alted water with the vinegar to a boil in a saucepan and let the slices cook for about 6 - 8 minutes. Don't let the celery get too soft or it will fall apart on the grill.
2 After cooling, brush both sides of the slices with oil and season with s alt and pepper. Other spices, fresh herbs such as thyme or chopped walnuts, garlic and lemon juice also go very well with it.
3 Leave the seasoned slices to soak for about 30 minutes before putting them on the grill. After about 8 minutes, the delicious side dish is ready.
