Admittedly, when I saw this video as a self-confessed pineapple fan, I thought "That's not possible". I've always bought my pineapples at the weekly market, but it never occurred to me to try it myself. I don't know whether one can expect fruit here in Germany. But it's always worth a try, isn't it?
I actually only came across this video by accident. Actually, I was looking for the topic "gaining seeds in your own garden". Care Tips
Pineapple plants should only be watered very sparingly as they are very sensitive to moisture. In the first few weeks, before new leaves appear, it is even better to just spray the plant with water.
The pineapple comes from warmer regions and should therefore have a sunny and bright spot in your home. The temperatures should never be below 20 degrees Celsius.
