The angel's trumpet is a beautiful flower. We explain step by step how to propagate angel's trumpet.
If you have angel trumpets in your garden, you can count yourself lucky, because they are a feast for the eyes for every gardener and definitely an eye-catcher. If you can't get enough of them or would like to have your own angel's trumpet and get a cutting from your neighbor, you can easily multiply angel's trumpets. And this is how it works:- Cut off a 15 centimeter long tip from a he althy branch. It is best to cut directly under the base of a leaf.
- Now remove all remaining leaves from the stem except for the top three leaves.
- Finally, put the cuttings in potting soil so that two leaf bases are under the soil. It won't be long before the first roots are formed.
When the plant is strong enough, it can be placed in the garden. That shouldn't happen too soon. It is best if you bring the plant inside in winter.
