Our recipe for roasted beets
You need:
- fresh beetroot
- Butter
- S alt
- pepper
Preparation:
If using fresh beets, first boil them in s alted water for 20 minutes. Then put on gloves and peel off the shell.
Now slice the vegetables and then add the butter to the pan. Let them froth well and then put the slices in. Now sear the beets. Then season with s alt and pepper. And then it says: Bon appetit!
