For a basic coriander butter recipe you will need the following ingredients:
- 200 g butter (preferably organic)

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
➔ Preparation:
❶ It is best to take the butter out of the fridge several hours before you prepare it so that it can then be easily processed. It should be as soft as possible.

❸ Finely chop the coriander and add to the butter. Gently stir the mixture with a whisk. Taste the finished herb butter and season if necessary.
❹ Now you can put the coriander butter in a bowl and keep it cool. You can also spread the butter on parchment paper and then form a roll out of it. Flip the paper around and twist the ends together like a candy. Then put the butter in the fridge for about 2 - 3 hours.
» My tip: This basic version can be modified according to taste. For example, you can use lime juice, add finely chopped chili pepper or some freshly grated ginger.
The coriander butter tastes great with steaks and grilled fish, but also with ciabatta or baguette.
