Ingredients:
- 4 peaches
- neutral oil
- Butter
Preparation:
Step 1:
Peaches can of course always be prepared on the grill without any frills. Simply place aluminum foil or an aluminum grill tray on the grate and then oil it well. Best with a neutral oil like corn oil. In addition, you can melt some butter on it, because that refines the taste even more.
Step 2:
Peel, halve and stone the fresh peaches. Then put them on the grid. You can either grill the peaches uncovered or you can seal the aluminum foil into a packet and let the peaches cook on the grill for 15 minutes. That's pretty much it.
Step 3:
If you like, you can refine the peaches with a little orange or lemon juice and honey. A dash of orange liqueur or rum also goes well with it.
