Ingredients:
- 2 small avocados
- 1 tomato
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
- s alt and pepper to taste
It is best to buy ripe avocados for the guacamole, as they are easy to mash. This makes the dip wonderfully creamy.
Preparation:
First cut the two avocados in half and remove the core. Then scoop out the flesh, place in a bowl and mash well with a fork. Then finely dice the tomato and add it.
Now wash the chili pepper, de-seed it and then finely chop it. Then press the garlic cloves through a garlic press and finely chop the onion. Add all this and the lime or lemon juice to the avocado and tomato mixture and season with s alt and pepper.
