Whether it's roses, clematis or ivy - some plants need a small support to cling to and climb along. Of course there are a number of options out there. Spiral rods, ropes and grids offer the necessary support, but sometimes they don't look very nice. Such climbing aids, which are often made of stainless steel, do not fit into a thoroughly natural garden.
I found a very nice and above all creative climbing aid in the urbanintervention video above. It doesn't even take half an hour to make, but it looks all the more fascinating when it's done. The video shows exactly how a natural climbing aid is made from a bucket, a piece of cardboard and some willow branches.
