However, June is generally considered to be the ideal time for cultivation. If you plant beets at this time, you can harvest the vegetables in October/November. Which is why the beetroot is also commonly considered to be one of the late autumn vegetables.

Important:

Beetroot should never be grown in the immediate vicinity of spinach, potatoes, tomatoes, chives, parsley and chard. Because these vegetables do not harmonize with each other. Better to plant in a mixed culture with onions, caraway, beans, zucchini, cabbage or lettuce.
