With this variant, the dried tomatoes naturally last a particularly long time. You can eat the fruit pure, on bread, on a pizza, as an antipasti or as an accompaniment to many great dishes.
A little gift idea
Put the dried tomatoes in oil, then add a few dried herbs, such as rosemary. Not only does it look beautiful, it also tastes very good. You can also add feta cheese cubes or mozzarella balls. You really do have a free hand. And because the pickles look very nice, you can also give them away.
