- 500 ml vodka
- 10 stalks of fresh woodruff
- Lime zest, organic
- Orange peel, organic
- 1 vanilla bean
- 400 ml water
- 125 g sugar

1 Gather the woodruff in a bunch and let it hang upside down for a few hours until it wilts. This is the only way for it to develop its aroma and typical scent.
2 Place the wilted leaves in a larger glass container (such as a large mason jar) or empty larger glass bottle and add the split vanilla bean. Add the zest of one lime and one orange to the glass and add the vodka. Then close the bottle or jar, shake vigorously once and then leave to infuse in a dark place for about a week. Shake the bottle again 2-3 times a week.
3 After this time put on some sugar syrup. To do this, boil the water with the sugar and let this mixture boil for about 10 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and the liquid has a syrupy consistency. Add a teaspoon of citric acid and let the mixture cool.
4 The vodka mixture is now poured through a fine sieve into a bowl. Then mix the vodka solution with the sugar syrup and pour the liqueur into clean, rinsed bottles. Close immediately and store in a cool place for another 2 weeks. After that is theWoodruff liqueur is ready and can be tasted.

- 300 ml milk
- 150 ml cream
- 50 g sugar
- 150 ml vodka
- Mark of a vanilla bean
- 1 packet of no-cook powdered custard
- 250 ml woodruff syrup

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with the mixer. Then pour the liqueur into clean, hot rinsed bottles and leave in the fridge for about 2 days. Then it's ready to drink.
The liqueur keeps for about 3 - 4 weeks in the refrigerator.
