➔ Ingredients
- 1 to 2 small courgettes
- a little s alt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- fresh, chopped rosemary
➔ Preparation
1Wash the courgettes and cut them into very thin slices. Then place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, s alt them and let them stand for about 5 minutes. Make sure that each slice is placed individually on the baking sheet. This is the only way they can be nice and crispy later.
