Origin of the shamflower
The home of the shamflower lies in the dense rainforests of Asia and Oceania. Extensive deposits have been discovered in China, Java, New Guinea and the Philippines. New varieties are constantly being established. Over 180 species are currently known. In Central Europe, the Gesneria family thrives exclusively in indoor culture.
