Avocados are a hit cold on fresh bread, but of course they taste even better grilled and deliciously filled. But how do you actually grill an avocado?

How to properly grill an avocado
Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Then place the prepared avocado, skin-side down, on the grill. But beware: do not place the avocado on the hottest part of the grill. It's best to place them on the edge, because that's where the tasty flesh of the avocados warms up and doesn't burn.
Do not leave the avocado halves on the grill for too long afterwards, otherwise they will become bitter. Four to five minutes on the grill is enough. You can then serve the grilled avocado immediately.
Our tip: Fill the grilled avocado

For the tomato and feta salad, simply chop the tomatoes, feta and garlic and season with Italian herbs and a little s alt.
For the olive salad, on the other hand, chop the olives and onions and mix with a little lemon juice, oil and chives. Then season with s alt and pepper. And then it says: Bon appetit!
