Weeds are not wanted in most gardens and therefore have to be weeded out. You can certainly make this work easier if you wait for the next rain.
If you don't remove the weeds from the bed in time, they can take away the light and water from the other plants. This prevents the other plants from growing.
It is particularly difficult when the weeds have to be removed from hard soil. An ideal tool here is of course the hoe. However, the weeds are easier to remove from the ground after waiting for a downpour.
Rain softens the ground
The Rain then softens the soil accordingly, so that the weeds can be pulled out without any problems. This is how you get to the root of the weed and not just certain parts of the plant.
No rain? - Take a watering can
If there is no rain for a few days and you still have to pull weeds, it is easier to moisten the soil with a watering can. This is another way of removing the weeds from the soil without any effort.
